Architectural design consultant to the design & build contractor of the auditorium complex in the district secretariat of Galle.
The scope of the work includes:
- 2000-seat auditorium for performing art and music
- 1000-seat banquet hall
- Art gallery and related facilities
Veteran architect Ashley de Vos serves as the specialist architectural consultant to the project. The construction work of the project is currently in progress.
B+G+7 Office building for the Gampaha district secretariat
Architectural design consultant to the design & build contractor for an office building of the district secretariat of Gampaha.
The scope of the project includes:
- Basement, ground floor, and 7-storey office building with a 25,600 sq. m. built-up area
- 1000-seat auditorium with conference facilities
The construction work of the project is currently in progress.
Interior design for CBSL
Provided interior design consultancy and supervision services for the 11th floor of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. The scope of the work included the complete interior design package for the staff gymnasium. The project has been completed and is currently in use.
Interim departure terminal for BIA
Submitted a design proposal for the design & build tender package for the proposed interim departure terminal facility and baggage handling unit at the Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo. The project tender finalization is pending.
